BADRINATH DHAM

The town of Badrinath is located on the banks of the Alaknanda River that flows between the Nar and Narayana Mountain Ranges in Uttarakhand. 

The Badrinath temple offers you with the marvellous view of the attractive one-meter-tall Lord Vishnu's structure. The temple is divided into three parts that include Garbha Griha, Darshan Mandap for conducting rituals and the Sabha Mandap for devotees to assemble.

 

KEDARNATH DHAM

Kedarnath Dham is located in the Rudraprayag district of Uttarakhand. The temple is one of the 12 Jyotir lingams and well-known temples among the five temples in Garhwal Himalayas. People can use ponies and helicopters to travel to the shrine. This shrine is famous for worshippers of Shiva and the holiest pilgrimages for Hindus.

 

GANGOTRI DHAM

Gangotri Dham is located at the height of 3,100 meters in Uttarkashi, district of Uttarakhand and the birthplace of the River Ganga. It is one of the famous spiritual destinations as the origin of river Ganga. The Gangotri temple is a shrine of Goddess Ganga worshipped by millions of pilgrims.

DEHRADUN

Dehradun is one of the oldest cities and the gateway to the famous hill station of Mussoorie and the pilgrimage spots of Haridwar and Rishikesh. Dehradun is located in the Garhwal region that is near to the Himalayan foothills and also the capital of Uttarakhand. The town offers breathtaking scenery and a   landscape that one will experience in the travel. Some of the unique attractions are the 6-sided Ghanta Ghar clock tower and on the Southwest the Paltan Bazaar, a famous shopping area.

SAHASTRADHARA

Sahastradhara is located about 14kms from the Dehradun city bus stand. A place known for sulphur springs that offers medicinal values, one can be healed from ailments like muscle ache, poor blood circulation, acne and even arthritis. A bath in the Baldi River will rejuvenate your body and soul. The area is also famous for celebrating Shivrati festival at the Tapkeshwar Temple and the Lakhawar Fair which is held in the months of September-October the festival includes  dance, music, and sports competitions.

 

SITAPUR

Sitapur is  located on the river banks of  Sarayan  that flows between Lucknow and  Shahjahanpur.It is also a city  and a municipal board in the  Sitapur district in  Uttar Pradesh.
