ISKCON London Radha Krishna Temple

As you walk into Soho Street you will come across a sandy and orange painted building  the ISKCON- London Radha Krishna Temple established  by Srila Prabhupada. The deities of this temple are Sri Radha-London-Ishvara,Jagannath,Baladeva and Subhadra and Gaura-Nitai.The  temple room on the first floor is  beautifully decorated with altar forms. The Soho Street is located in London’s West End area and bordered by Oxford Street, Regent Street, Leicester Square and Charing Cross Road.

One can feel the tranquillity and peace during the worship services, followed by chanting and dancing and tasting of the delicious Krishna Prasadam. This  temple attracts people from all walks of life that include the regular worshippers, school and university groups. Soho Street attracts a mix of tourists through its history, venues and atmosphere.

Some of the interesting London areas that you must visit  around the Soho Street are Chinatown, Covent Garden, Piccadilly Circus and Mayfair..

The estate of Bhaktivedanta Manor is situated in the Parish of Aldenham in Hertfordshire, just over a mile from Radlett and four miles from Watford and was given by George Harrison to ISKCON. The ISKCON Bhaktivedanta Manor is an initiative to build a congregational community of Krishna Consciousness among the people in the UK. Some of the activities of the temple include daily programme, festivals and farming.

BELGIUM

Belgium is one of the smallest European countries located in Western European and a destination that adds value on some of the scenic small towns and the Renaissance architecture.

GRAND PLACE

The Grand Place is located on the central square of the city of Brussels and surrounded by the Guildhouses, the City Hall and the Maison du Roi. It is one of the most beautiful attractions in Belgium and a center for organizing numerous festivals, cultural events and concerts.

The ISKCON Mayapur in France is located in a beautiful castle and the deities of this temple are Krishna Balaram, Radha Govinda Madhava and Gaur Nitai. The activities of the temple are focused in organizing occasional festivals.

SWITZERLAND

LUCERNE
